Any Style Binder: 1 to 1 ½ inch binder that has pockets for your book. Included in it should be a binder pencil case to hold pencils and rosin or reeds and 5 dividers that are labeled:

Violin/Viola
Method book: Orchestra Expressions book 1 for your instrument
1 block of rosin for your instrument, in a wooden case
Adjustable Foldable Shoulder Rest – “Kun” is best and recommended
Cello/Bass
Method book: Orchestra Expressions book 1 for your instrument
1 block of rosin for your instrument, in a wooden case
A rubber endpin tip (high recommended) or a rock stop
Flute
Method book: Accent on Achievement book 1 for Flute
Cleaning rod and handkerchief to clean your instrument
Clarinet/ Saxophone/Oboe
Method book: Accent on Achievement book 1 for your instrument
Clarinet/Saxophone-Strength 2 reeds, purchase a box to keep at home, but have at least 3 or 4 in your case
Oboe-Soft reeds, puchase a few but have at least 3 in your case. A small plastic cup for water
Cork Grease
Handkerchief to clean your instrument
Alto Saxophone- please have a shoulder strap for your instrument
Trumpet/Trombone/ Baritone Horn/French Horn/Tuba
Method book: Accent on Achievement book 1 for your instrument (Baritone horn in bass clef. French horn is horn in F)
Valve oil (French horn needs rotary oil)
Percussion
Method book: Accent on Achievement book 1 for Combined Percussion
Percussion Kit –includes a drum pad, drum sticks, bells, mallets and a stand. I highly recommend the kit that has wheels or backpack straps.
